Co-Founder
Founding member of the firm, she is an MBA in HR; has over 12 years of hands on experience in recruitment. Somya has been instrumental for excellent relations built by JobSprouts with our esteemed clients and business leaders across industries. It is her persistence that has driven JobSprouts through various phases of its life cycle. She is now engaged in mentoring teams, ensuring complete pass through of her experiences and domain knowledge. Other than all facets of recruitment, she is also engaged in Career Counseling and Resume Building exercises.
Managing Partner
MBA in HR, she is a very dedicated HR professional with 14 years of experience. She has a natural ability to comprehend and analyze situations. She has worked with reputed organizations like Radisson Hotel, GIP & World of Wonders, Nokia Siemens Networks, and Maharishi Ayurveda on various aspects within the human resources domain. Rakhi’s understanding of corporate cultures and organizational structures is of immense help. In addition to recruitments, she takes utmost interest in developing and conducting customized training.
Company Man, Operations
Having joined JobSprouts in its initial days, he is an MBA in Finance. He has worked with leading analytics firm like Evalueserve and The Smart Cube where he was also actively involved in recruitment and training of employees. Under Vineet’s guidance team at JobSprouts understands Analytics, Data Mining and Processes better than anybody else in the recruiting world. Having international exposure with I-Banks, he is responsible for looking after daily operations.
